What I Wish Everyone Knew About Grilled Chicken Fajitas

We all love chicken. In my family, we eat chicken 4 days in a week. Our favorite item is grilled chicken fajitas. Cause it is easy to prepare and tasty. I have many indoor grill chicken recipes but this one is one of my favorite. In our busy lives, we all want a delicious food after a hard-working day. My concern is to make your taste buds feel the heavenly food.

Well, this food is not only tasty but it is also highly nutritious. That means it gives healthy nourishment. And we can have the taste of outdoor at home with the help of indoor grill. The main fact is it takes less time than compared to another recipe. As well as gives the best value for food that can reduce your daily stress.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ½ pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts.
  2. 1 large onion, sliced ¼ inch thick and halved.
  3. 1 bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips.
  4. 4 Mushrooms, sliced 1 ¼ inch thick.
  5. 4 Flour or Corn Tortillas.
  6. 1/2 cup chopped Cilantro.
  7. ½ cup olive oil.
  8. Salt and Pepper (as your taste).

Fajita Marinade

  1. 4 green onions.
  2. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  3. 6 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  4. 5 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  5. 1 ½ cups light beer (optional)
  6. 3 teaspoons prepared mustard

Grilled Chicken Fajitas

Making Procedure 

At first, we need to prepare the marinade. To prepare this we need a saucepan. Now mix up all the marinade ingredient into the saucepan. Heat below the boiling point for 4 to 5 minutes and stirring occasionally. After that remove from heat.

Sliced the chicken into 1-inch thickness and put it in a shallow dish. Next, pour prepared marinade to coating the sliced chicken and put it in a refrigerator for more than 1 hour.

In a zip lock bag put onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, Salt and pepper and coat veggies. Preheat the grill. Pour ½ cup beer and place it on the grill to cook. Cook the veggies until it turns to brown color. For good cook, you can use a tong to turn the veggies. After turning the veggies brown color remove it from grill and set it aside.

Now, place marinated chicken strips onto the grill and cook as like as the veggies for 8-10 minutes, its color will also turn into brown. Use a tong to turn placed marinated chicken.

Now mix the veggies and chicken in a bowl. It is now ready to eat.
