- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 c. sriracha
- ¼ c. honey
- 4 skin on salmon fillets

- In a large bowl, make marinade, whisk together Sriracha, honey and lemon juice. For basting salmon reserve ½ cup marinade after grilling.
- Add salmon to a big zip locked bag or pour over marinade and baking dish. Place marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours or up to all night.
- Heat grill to high when they are ready to grill. Add salmon and oil grates, baste with marinade and grill until it is cooked, 5 minutes for each side.

Ingredients:
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 2 large heads cauliflower
- ¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. garlic powder

- From each cauliflower head, remove and discard the leaves. After that trim the stem so that the cauliflower can lay flat on the cutting board.
